SaunaLife Model E8G
The SaunaLife Model E8G is the full-glass variant of the ERGO Series E8 barrel — combining both a panoramic half-moon rear window and a complete glass front wall into the same 6-person, 81" diameter structure. Where the E8W adds only the rear nature view, the E8G opens both ends: full-height bronzed tempered glass sidelights flank the entry door to create an unbroken wall of glass across the entire front face, while the 5/16" tempered bronze half-moon fills the rear. The effect inside is a sauna that feels genuinely connected to its environment from every angle — natural light floods in from front and back, the view extends outward through both walls, and the interior takes on a brightness and sense of space that closed-stave barrels simply cannot match.
The structural specification is identical to the rest of the E8 family: 1.65" full-length Thermo-Spruce staves lasting up to 2× longer than cedar, knot-free Thermo-Aspen bench tops and backrests at 1.1" thick and 3.5" wide — approximately 50% thicker than standard barrels — ergonomically arched to follow the barrel's curve for true lumbar support. Heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands at 1-7/8" wide and 1/8" thick hold the stave assembly under constant compression. A black shingle roof kit with side-mounted drip edges handles rainwater at the ridge, dual floor drains under the heater and near the door manage water accumulation inside, and natural Spruce cradles and fascia weather alongside the Thermo-Spruce in an unpainted finish.
The Wi-Fi LED lightbar system is standard: dotless white, IP67, 24V DC, 30-foot cable, 90W supply, expandable to four fixtures. E Sconce+ and E MOOD chromotherapy upgrades available. DIY 1-day, 2-person assembly. Heater sold separately — required for operation.
