What if my product is damaged?
When your order arrives, inspect the packaging for damage. If you notice any damage to the box, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you cannot inspect the package during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please email photos to support@aqvinaworld.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or compensation.
