Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging unless the item is defective or damaged.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. AQVINA LLC will cover return shipping costs in these cases. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including applicable shipping charges.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you choose to return an item for reasons other than defect or error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item.
Refund Processing
After a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
