  1. Return Time Frame:
    You can return items within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period.

  2. Shipping Costs:

  • If the item is defective or not what you ordered, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • If you are returning the product due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:
    If your item is faulty, broken, or doesn't work as expected, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange for a return with no extra charges. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including the shipping costs.

  2. Change of Mind Returns:
    If you decide you no longer want the product, you have 30 days to return it. Please note that you’ll need to pay for the return shipping, and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive it, we’ll refund the purchase price of the item, minus the original shipping cost.

  3. Refunds:
    Once we receive the returned product and confirm everything is in order, we’ll process your refund. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement. If you don’t see the refund after 10 business days, please reach out to us at support@aqvina.com.

Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee may apply depending on the circumstances of the return. If applicable, we will inform you before processing the return.
