Refunds & Returns Policy


At AQVINA World, we aim to provide a transparent and straightforward return process. Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all accessories and components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Returns Process

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, AQVINA World will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (including change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to returned items. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Products restricted by manufacturer policies

Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@aqvinaworld.com.


Order Changes and Address Updates

If you need to modify your order or shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
