What if my product is damaged?

Upon receiving your items, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice any damage, including to the box, make sure to note it when signing for delivery. If you're unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, simply email photos to support@aqvinaworld.com, and we will process a replacement or refund—typically within 1 business day.
