SaunaLife Model E7
The SaunaLife Model E7 is the sweet spot of the ERGO Series — a 4-person outdoor barrel sauna that delivers the full Nordic bathing experience at a size perfectly suited to families and small groups. Precision-crafted in Northern Europe from sustainably sourced materials, the E7 brings together ergonomic design, industry-leading construction, and authentic Scandinavian craftsmanship in a package built to live outdoors for decades.
At 71" long with an 81" exterior diameter, the E7 opens up to a full 6'5" of interior standing height — a direct result of the generous barrel diameter that smaller, cheaper barrels simply cannot match. That same diameter allows for ergonomically contoured Thermo-Aspen benches and a sweeping arched backrest engineered to cradle the lumbar spine through a long, restorative session. Every seating surface is finished in grade-A, knot-free Thermo-Aspen — smooth, warm to the touch, and naturally suited to the repeated heat cycles of regular sauna use.
The E7's structural backbone starts with 1.65" full-length Thermo-Spruce staves that deliver exceptional thermal insulation and proven outdoor longevity, lasting up to 2× longer than cedar. Heavy-duty stainless steel barrel bands at 1-7/8" wide and 1/8" thick keep the stave assembly under constant, unwavering compression. A dual floor drain system handles water from both under the heater and near the entry, while the included black shingle roof kit with side drip edges locks out rain and debris season after season. A Wi-Fi-enabled white LED lightbar rounds out the package. Note: a sauna heater is required for operation and is sold separately.
