Frequently asked questions
Do I need a plumber, or can I install it myself?
It's a retro-fit that replaces your existing showerhead at the same location and runs off your existing valve — no drilling into the wall and no new plumbing, so most people install it themselves.
Does it include a valve?
No. The AquaPower is designed to run off your existing mixing valve, so nothing behind the wall needs to change. If you need a new valve for a fresh installation, ask a specialist about a compatible PULSE valve.
What's the flow rate, and can it ship to California?
Flow rate depends on finish: Chrome is 2.5 GPM and Brushed Nickel is 1.8 GPM. If you're in California, Colorado, or New York City, choose Brushed Nickel to meet local flow-rate rules.
What comes with it?
The oversized 11″ air-infusion rain showerhead, a 180° pivoting shower arm, the Power Nozzle Spray™ body jet, and a 3-function magnetic handshower with its holder.
What finishes are available?
