The Finnmark FD-3 is the largest pure full-spectrum infrared sauna in the Finnmark 
lineup — a 3-to-4-person room designed for households that want a shared infrared 
wellness experience without the space demands of a combination sauna.

Built on Finnmark's exclusive dual infrared technology, the FD-3 pairs Spectrum Plus 
UL-listed short-wave incoloy heaters with Spectrum Carbon 360 long-wave infrared 
panels — the only combination of its kind in the industry. Short-wave infrared 
delivers deep-penetrating warmth that reaches muscles and joints, while long-wave 
carbon panels provide 360° full-body coverage. Every heater is strategically 
positioned so each bather receives consistent infrared output across the entire 
seating area.

The 72"-wide interior gives groups room to truly settle in — two bathers can sit 
comfortably side by side, or three to four can share the space for a social wellness 
session. The cabin is crafted with Western Canadian Red Cedar inside — naturally 
resistant to mold, bacteria, and fungus — and Thermal Plus Aspen outside, built to 
withstand the elements without rotting, warping, or chipping. Double-walled 
construction with non-toxic wool insulation locks heat in efficiently, reaching up 
to 170°F on a 240V circuit.

Spectrum LED near-infrared ceiling lights with medical-grade chromotherapy bring 
light therapy to every session. Controls are handled through Finnmark's LCD 
touchscreen Controller 2.0 with built-in Bluetooth audio and 6" HiFi speakers.
