Yarbo 3-Year Extended Warranty — YarboCare Protection Plan
YarboCare™ is an optional protection plan for Yarbo owners. The 3-Year Extended Warranty adds three years on top of your standard 2-year comprehensive warranty, continuing coverage for manufacturing defects and performance issues. Optional Accidental Damage (AD) protection can be added for coverage of drops, spills, and breaks.

What is the YarboCare 3-Year Extended Warranty?
An optional plan that extends your standard 2-year comprehensive warranty by an additional 3 years, continuing coverage for manufacturing defects and performance issues.
What is AD (Accidental Damage) protection?
An optional add-on covering accidental damage such as breaks, drops, and spills, plus extended malfunction protection and power-surge protection.
Who is eligible to purchase it?
Customers who purchased their Yarbo product directly from AQVINA, have not previously purchased an extended warranty, and are still within the first 60 days of their standard 2-year warranty. Orders from third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon) are not eligible.
Which Yarbo products are eligible?
All Yarbo products that include a Yarbo Core — the Lawn Mower, Snow Blower, Blower, Trimmer, and combination packages (e.g. 4-in-1, 5-in-1 Yard Robots). Accessories and standalone modules are excluded.
When can it be purchased?
Within the first 60 days of your standard 2-year warranty period. Orders that have exceeded 60 days of use are not eligible.
What does the Extended Warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, performance failures, and other product quality issues as defined in Yarbo's official warranty policy. It does not cover accidental damage, weather-related damage, cosmetic issues, or normal wear and tear (accidental damage is covered by the optional AD plan).
What is the maximum claim amount?
Reimbursement is based on the original purchase price, up to a maximum of USD $5,000 per covered product, regardless of retail or replacement value.
Can it be combined with other promotions?
No. The Extended Warranty cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or campaigns unless explicitly stated.
Do I receive a physical card?
No. This is a service plan only — there is no physical card. Coverage is tied to your product and account.
