Collection 4 is the top of the Signature line: grill, griddle, and side burner across four island sections, so you can build a large three-surface outdoor kitchen and finish it exactly how you want. It's the self-finished counterpart to the fully-loaded complete islands.

What's included in the kit?
A 36" Gran Fuego four-burner grill, a 30" Gran Plancha griddle, a Fuego I double side burner, 48", 36", and two 24" knock-down island frames, and triple storage drawers — the components and structure you assemble and finish.
Is it finished, or do I clad it myself?
You finish it. The knock-down frames are built to be clad in your choice of cement board, stone, stucco, or other material, which is not included. For a ready-to-use finished island with a grill and griddle, look at the Maestro 144L.
How is it different from Collection 3?
Collection 4 adds the Fuego I double side burner, an extra 24" island section, and triple storage drawers to the grill-and-griddle setup in Collection 3.
Can I choose the component finish?
The stainless components are offered in The Outdoor Plus finishes and built to your selection since the kit is made to order. The island cladding is your own material.
Do I need anything else to use it?
Your finish/cladding material, plus a fuel supply and final hookup for the grill, griddle, and side burner (a propane tank or natural-gas line, depending on your configuration) — these are not included.
How is it shipped?
Free curbside freight to the lower 48 states. Because it's made to order, allow roughly 4–5 weeks to build before it ships. The carrier delivers curbside on a pallet with tracking and a scheduled appointment and won't move it into its final spot, so plan your access route and a level surface.
