Do I need an island?
No — the cart is freestanding, so there's no island or masonry build required. With the griddle, a gas hookup (NG or LP) is needed and isn't included.

How is it shipped?
Free freight to the lower 48 states, fully insured with tracking and a scheduled delivery. Because it's made to order, allow roughly 4–5 weeks before it ships.
