The Harmony River brings the full freestanding experience to livable scale — a 70-inch tower of falling water on its own reservoir base, with three LED down lights and remote on/off control. Order it center-mounted so the panel rises from the middle of the base and reads from every side, or flush-mounted to the rear so it sits tight against a wall like a built-in — without a single anchor in your drywall. How does shipping work?
Free shipping in the continental U.S. The Harmony River ships palletized via LTL freight with curbside delivery — the carrier brings it to the curb, and you bring it inside. Stone versions run 265 lbs; plan for two people. Delivery appointments, inside delivery, and white-glove service are not included.
Center-mount or flush-mount?
Center-mount places the panel in the middle of the base — viewable from front and sides, ideal mid-room or as a divider. Flush-mount shifts the panel to the rear edge of the base so the fountain sits close against a wall like a built-in, with an optional wall-attach bracket for extra security. Choose at order time.
Which surface should I choose?
Clear/Green/Blue Glass, Silver Mirror, and Featherstone are included at base price. Rainforest Marble, Black Spider Marble, Travertine, Patagonia Granite, and Norwegian Rose Granite are Level 2 upgrades (+$390). Natural stones vary in color and texture — each piece is unique, and returns can't be accepted for natural color variation.
What water should I use?
Distilled water is strongly recommended to prevent mineral spotting — especially on glass. Keep the reservoir topped up so the pump stays submerged; the computerized auto-fill option removes that chore entirely.
Is assembly difficult?
Assemble the panel to the base near a standard outlet — a two-person job at this height, with no wall work unless you add the flush-mount bracket. Adagio provides printed instructions, installation videos, and an interactive 3D guide via the free BILT app.
What's the warranty and return policy?
1-year limited manufacturer warranty. Standard fountains may be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition in original packaging (15% restocking fee; shipping costs non-refundable). Custom, logoed, encapsulated, and cut-down orders are final sale.
