The Rushmore 35 is the large version of Empire's luxury direct-vent insert — built to turn a bigger wood-burning fireplace into a sealed, efficient gas heater with the most realistic flame Empire makes. The TruFlame system's twin burners build tall flames over a massive glowing ember bed, the variable-speed blower and overhead accent light come included, and the multifunction remote can run it as a smart thermostat, modulating flame height as the room reaches temperature.
